Solar Juction Box

In a large photovoltaic (PV) grid generation system, it is generally to install a DC combining device between the PV module and inverter in order to reduce the connection between PV module and inverter, facilitate maintenance and improve reliability. Our intelligent photovoltaic combiner box with SPD series are especially designed to meet the requirement, which can provide a solution for PV power generation system matching with photovoltaic inverter. According to the input voltage of the inverter, a fixed number of similar PV modules can be connected to form a PV array by using PV array combiner box. Then different channels of PV arrays can be combined into the PV combiner box. Its output can be connected to inverter by way of circuit breakers with SPD protection.

  The user must obey the safety instructions in this manual to ensure body safety and reducing the danger. Intelligent PV combiner has features as below:

（1）       Meet outdoor installation requirements, the degree of protection is IP54, has the function of avoiding UV, acid and alkali, moisture, mold and rat;

（2）       12 strings of solar arrays can be input at the same time, each channel with 12A，1000Vdc (can be replaced to other level);

（3）       Each positive, negative string under the fuse protection;

（4）       With special high voltage PV SPD, both positive and negative pole have the function of thunder and lightning;

（5）       Use photovoltaic circuit breaker;

（6）       To monitor input array current and voltage, display on LED and send those data to monitoring center through RS485 mode;

（7）       Monitor the status of SPD and circuit breaker to PC through RS485.
